ORIGINATION

A virtual 3D image is produced by an interference pattern of laser beams that are directed through an array of high precision optical instruments onto the subject. The direct & reflected light is recorded onto a glass photo resist hologram plate.

This highly skilled laboratory process, a vital part of origination, creates the “ Master” Holographics image with the desired High Security features, specific and confidential information, micro lettering, Nano Text, color, depth, hidden images, ultraviolet words or symbols that can only be seen with a special light etc.

The master image is next electro-plated onto a nickel “shim” which is used for embossing on the metallised polyester / polypropylene film / metallised foil or on to the metallised paper (upto 12” / 30 cms or 24”/ 600 mm wide on the Narrow Web or Web wide respectively.)

MANUFACTURING

The embossed substrate is coated with special lacquer, scratch proof & tamper evident coatings and adhesives depending on their eventual use as stickers or hot stamping.

The embossed foil is then packed as rolls or fixed on the silicon release paper, generally 6”x 6” size and die cut according to the desired shape/ size of each Hologram.
